Brief History:

Brain Corporate Sales & Support Department, a department dedicated to design enterprise turn key solutions to fulfill internet needs of the corporate sector. Established in year 2001, Brain Corporate is successfully serving large enterprise organizations with its high level corporate internetworking & telecommunication solutions.

In the continuous struggle to promote IT, we enhanced our services in year 2003 and defined the Corporate department structure with the aim of providing efficient, cost effective, reliable and timely solutions.

In year 2004 Brain Corporate signed a deal with one of the leading courier service of Pakistan. Brain Corporate hired courier services of well known TCS to promote improved correspondence with the corporate customer. This service is provided free of cost to Brain Corporate customers in order to facilitate the customer in assuring proper & timely guaranteed delivery of monthly bills. Customers are now able to receive their monthly bills through this service and can streamline their monthly payments without any inconvenience. Customers can send their monthly payments to Brain Corporate through this service with no additional cost.

We believe in continuously improving the level of our services being provided to our esteemed customers. In the process of continuously improving what we deliver to our customers, we introduced automated system generated invoices and customer record in year 2005. We are using industry’s top ranked software for customer record keeping and ledger. By the end of year 2005, Brain Corporate started launching of dedicated Corporate Support for its corporate customers. In 2006, Brain Corporate introduced dedicated round the clock technical support for its corporate customers. We now have dedicated technical support for corporate clients. On site support is also available during working hours.

Brain Corporate is known for its competent services being offered. We are successfully providing our services to a large number of enterprise organizations which include brokerage houses, software houses, call centers, government organizations, hospitals, banks, schools, colleges and other enterprise organizations. We are providing broadband high speed internet to a large number of well known organizations.We are in a struggle to constantly expand the scope of services being offered to the corporate sector. We aim at providing all possible IT solutions that fulfill the needs of the corporate sector. We are further planning for enterprise level networks consultancy, remote application hosting, video telephonic conferences, and other IT based solutions that are the requirements of large organizations.
