STEP 1: GET AN APPLICATION & PAYMENT FORM
To obtain a BrainTEL number, you need to have two forms. You can easily download APPLICATION and PAYMENT forms from the following links:

        ii Application Form

STEP 2: FILL OUT THE FORMS
After collecting BrainTEL application form and BrainTEL payment form, please fill out these forms.

STEP 3: SENDING FORMS TO BRAIN
After filling out both forms please attach a photocopy of your ID card, and send it to Brain Head office, (730-Nizam Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore.) personaly along with the forms. Or you can submitt your form in our Node Offices also.

Hafeez Center Branch: Shop#68, First Floor, Hafeez Center, Gulberg, Lahore. 

STEP 4: ACTIVATION
After successfully submission of BrainTEL forms, our technical staff will take 48-72 hours to activate your number and you will get an e-mail
at your provided e-mail address to activate your number finaly.
